Johannesburg/South Africa/Botswana/Zambia
Leave lively Johannesburg and head to the Kruger National Park in search of the Big Five. Up north in Botswana's Chobe National Park look for more wildlife and take a boat cruise to see hippos wallowing in the river. Cross the Zambezi into Zambia and stop in Livingstone to explore the impressive Victoria Falls.
Return to Chobe National Park for another safari. Explore the many waterways of the Okavango Delta on foot and by mokoro (dugout canoe). Pitch a tent on a river island surrounded by grassy swamps and giant lily pads.
Embark on a bushman walk to learn the secrets of wilderness survival in Namibia. At the Etosha National Park experience the excitement of night time game viewing at a floodlit waterhole. Encounter cute seals at the Cape Cross seal colony. A stop at Swakopmund will delight thrill-seekers - it's possible to sand board or even sky dive.
